WHAT IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST/STOLEN?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items.  You should receive an email when your order ships containing the tracking number and estimated time of arrival. Please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive to you after it has shipped. Should your package not arrive when expected or if it shows delivered when tracked with FedEx but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.  FedEx will only act on undelivered items if reported within 7 days of when they show they have been delivered.  It is critical that you contact us as quickly as possible so we can assist you in correcting the delivery issue with FedEx.  Delays in reporting a missing item could result in limited refund/redelivery options.
